Current production capacity is 3.16 billion tablets per year or equivalently 24 million bottles. Our main distribution warehouse is located in Cornwall, Ontario and is approximately 60,000 sq. ft. with a storage capacity of over 1.5 million cubic feet (42 000 m³). To meet the Canadian Centralized buying needs, our national sales office is conveniently located in Toronto, Ontario and is led by our experienced cross country sales personnel, customer service and nutritional support teams.
Ft. Erie Site- was established in 1974 with a total space of 132,800 sq ft. It has 240 employees with a site that is HPFBI approved and FDA registered. This plant manufactures and packages tablets, liquids, creams and a segregated facility manufactures and packages enzyme based products. The site currently produces 60 product lines for 10 clients covering 85 sku’s. It is positioned to take advantage of stringent new regulatory policies for the US vitamin market.
Burlington Site- was established in 1982 with a total space of 22,800 sq. ft. It has 80 employees with a site that is HPFBI and FDA approved. This plant manufactures and packages powder sachets. The Burlington site currently produces 5 products for 3 clients covering 27 sku’s.
